TEAM TRAINING FOR REP PLAYERS

Training for each sport, each team, and each athlete needs to have a different approach. Infusion Fitness develops programs that are catered to each athlete, sport, and team. Sports fitness training programs are designed to condition athletes specifically for the unique demands of their sports by building the proper combination of components. Workouts specifically backed by science are designed for each sport. Sport specific training will provide your team the mental and physical edge above your peers. Infusion Fitness brings new elements to the team and individuals by incorporating Power, Explosiveness, Speed, Balance, Core, while increasing the Cardiovascular system. Corrective Stretching/Corrective Exercises are applied if needed for individuals that currently need rehabilitation.

Individual sessions, Packages of 4, 8, or 12 are sold at the gym.
